Prepare an outline for a local event for different age groups during Midsummer festival.

Preparation:

-      prepare a programme and make a list of performers;

-     think about marketing tools, materials and advertisement - how and whom;

-      think about suitable/accessible venue and time;

-      create a budget;

-     risk management (what if some performers cancel, whether will be bad or people will not show up?)
